STARTING WITH MAC MINI

Small footprint. A focused first pilot.

Apple silicon Mac mini is the initial focus. Exact models, power limits, and accessories are reviewed before acceptance. Pro models, Mac Studio, and other computers require a separate review.

Before you ship: test remote login, sleep settings, and recovery after restart. FileVault may require local unlock after a reboot.

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR MAC

A few things to know.

Can I rent a Mac from you?

You supply and own the computer. This pilot is for hosting customer-owned devices; hardware rental is outside its scope.

Is the California location open?

The pilot is in planning. The city, facility, network, support hours, and opening date are not confirmed. Do not ship a device until you receive explicit acceptance and shipping instructions.

Do I get a residential IP or public IPv4?

No residential IP is promised. A dedicated public IPv4 is not included by default and depends on the network provider and availability.

Who handles software and my data?

You manage macOS, remote access, applications, encryption, and backups. Standard service does not require your administrator password or access to your files.

What if I cannot connect after a reboot?

We check power, cables, and basic connectivity and perform supported physical recovery steps. FileVault unlock, OS login, and application recovery remain your responsibility.

Can I have my Mac shipped back?

Yes. You retain ownership. Return arrangements follow identity verification, authorization, and settlement of applicable fees. Shipping and insurance are your responsibility.
